Sarah Hagen

Assistant Coach

In 2016, Sarah was inducted into the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Athletics Hall of Fame as a member of the women’s soccer team. During her time as a Panther, she scored 93 goals (currently 9th all-time in Division I history) and tallied 26 assists as a forward. After her four years at UWM, she continued her soccer career at the professional level signing her first contract in 2012 with FC Bayern Munich in Germany.

Shortly after in 2014, she received her first call up to the USWNT earning her first 2 caps with games against Sweden and Denmark. Throughout Sarah's six-year professional career she also played for FC Kansas City, the Orlando Pride, the Houston Dash, and was a member of three championship teams.

After hanging up the cleats, she started coaching multiple teams with Orlando City Youth Soccer and the Girls Varsity team at Tohopekaliga High School. Sarah recently moved back to Appleton and she says "Now that I’ve been able to relocate back to my Wisconsin roots I’m excited to give back to the community that shaped me into the player that I became."

Welcome Sarah! We are so excited to #stepuptogetHER with you and do it #ForTheW with the USL W League!
