Krista says...
I love how transformative soccer can be in that it has allowed me to enter a flow state of being in which nothing else matters in that moment and I lose all track of time. Soccer has allowed me a space to truly be myself on the field and has helped me create long-lasting friendships. Soccer has given me an outlet to let go of all of my stressors and worries while also teaching me a lot of life lessons.
