Havanah Brockington

Originally from West De Pere and now residing in Houghton, Havanah brings with her a wealth of experience and a positive attitude that will undoubtedly enrich our squad. Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a Pre-Health Minor at Michigan Tech, Havanah is not only a dedicated student but also a passionate youth soccer coach. With 13 years of soccer experience under her belt, including stints with Michigan Tech women’s soccer and FC Wisconsin ECNL, Havanah’s skills and leadership on the field are undeniable.

Havanah is a determined individual who thrives on challenges and radiates positivity. From being named to the All-State list in high school to receiving Player of the Conference honors, Havanah’s soccer journey is punctuated with memorable achievements. Yet, it’s the camaraderie and shared experiences with her teammates that she cherishes most, whether it’s traveling to ECNL events or bonding after rigorous training sessions.

Off the field, Havanah’s accomplishments extend beyond academics to encompass personal growth and meaningful connections. Her hidden talent in Irish Dance adds a unique dimension to her already diverse skill set. As a member of the Glory team, Havanah brings not only her technical skills and strategic insight but also her unwavering positivity and team spirit. She embodies the values of leadership and sportsmanship that define our squad.

Havanah says, “I am so excited to be able to inspire young girls in the area to achieve their goals and dreams. I want to be a role model for young female athletes. The competitive yet fun environment at Glory drew me in. Their positive impact in the community and support towards female athletes made me want to play for the Glory.”
